Easy Gymnastics is a online program that promote gymnastics education. We created the Easy Gymnastic Mat and Easy Gymnastics Courses to provide an affordable gymnastics option for families and small businesses.

 

Easy Gymnastics teaches kids how to move and control their bodies. Our program helps children build confidence in themselves as they develop the strength, endurance, and technique needed for beginning gymnastics.

 

The Cartwheel Mat helps new gymnasts and tumblers quickly and easily learn the hand positions for many gymnastic and tumbling moves.  Coach Jacki first had the epiphany of the mat while teaching children gymnastics. After some difficulty in explaining the difference between “cartwheel hands” and “handstand hands” to a 4-year-old, it was clear there needed to be an easier more functional way to help them learn.
